SIEVE MATS FOR LIWELL AND BINDER SIEVES
Asma Polska Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer of polyurethane FlipFlow mats.
FlipFlow mats are used for materials that are difficult to sort, and perform well in extreme conditions where traditional screens that implement a vibratory motion would become clogged or unstuck.

We select the right polyurethane system to meet your expectations to the greatest extent possible:
Asmascreen - cut and tear resistant
Asmathane - for extremely abrasive materials
Asmaprene C - resistant to micro-organisms
Asmaprene D - resistant to high temperatures and chemicals

Maximum dimensions 2570 x 360mm
Mesh sizes from 0.3×14mm to 80×80
Thicknesses from 2 to 7 mm
Thickness tolerances +/- 0.3mm
Mesh size tolerances. From 0.1mm to 0.4mm depending on eye size and mat thickness.
For BINDER sifters
Two commercially available widths 246mm and 328mm
Maximum length 4000mm
Mesh sizes from 0.35x14mm to 80×80
Available in thicknesses of 2 to 7mm (blind up to 10mm)
Thickness tolerance +0.5/-0.2mm
Mesh size tolerances. From 0.1mm to 0.4mm depending on eye size and mat thickness.
Optionally with or without overlaps and end grooves
