Pump reconditioning - our capabilities:
We are the only company in the world able to recondition pump bodies by filling them from the inside with a layer of polyurethane.
After our service, the body regains its original geometry and the entire pump can once again operate efficiently.
We were able to select a suitable, abrasion- and chafing-resistant polyurethane system and, thanks to specially refined technology, the bond between our polyurethane and the body itself is extremely strong.
We currently provide a pump body remanufacturing service to a number of manufacturing plants.
The number of our satisfied customers is steadily increasing because the ratio of the time worked to the price of a pump reconditioned by us is to the customer's advantage. This is why many customers are of the task that it is better to recondition at Asma than to buy a new body.
We mainly provide reclamation services to open-cast mining plants: gravel pits and sand pits.
